I created these cards for the Instagram Winter Wonderland Cardmaking Hop Week 3 hosted by @kellysantidesigns. This week’s winter theme: Pink Christmas!

Pink, white, and gold is one of my favorite color combos!

For these two cards, I embossed both pink & white papers with the Spellbinders Scenic Poinsettia embossing folder.

I cut the card stock pieces on an angle, then adhered one pink bottom and one white top piece to a top folding white cardstock base. I found some gold sparkly paper in my scrap drawer, cut a thin strip, and die cut an older joy sentiment from The Stamp Market.

For the second card, I used another old sentiment stamp & die from Pinkfresh Studio that I heat embossed with Simon Says Stamp embossing powder.

I’m so thankful for these different instagram hops, because they really help me to use up some supplies and try different things!!
