Hi everyone! Today I’m participating in a Breast Cancer Awareness Instagram Hop. Our goal is to help raise awareness as well as honor those who are fighters, survivors, and remember those who live on in our hearts. We hope you enjoy our hop of courage, hope, and inspiration.

As a breast cancer survivor, I wanted to create this card to encourage others who are dealing with a scary diagnosis. I used an older MFTStamps set for the sentiments that I stamped along the stripes of the background I created using a Concord and 9th stitched stripe die.

I then foiled, inked, and die cut the butterfly using the Butterflies hot foil plate, coordinating stencils, dies, and inks from PinkFreshStudio and foil from Spellbinders. I did the stenciling using my Altenew StampWheel while watching baseball since I am hoping to see the Rangers in the World Series!

To complete the card, I stacked 3 more white die cuts behind the butterfly and adhered it to the card panel at the body & antennae, bending the wings up to give some more dimension.

I then adhered that to a top folding A2 card base made from white cardstock and added some pink diamond dots left over from a project. Here’s the completed card…
